The maximum ACAS early conciliation window has been increased from 6 weeks to 12 weeks, and it was applied to early conciliation notifications sent to ACAS on or before 1 December 2025.
Employment Tribunal time limits are expected to change in October 2026, by changing the deadline for bringing most Tribunal claims, from 3 months currently, to 6 months.
